Couplet care Patient Ratios: 1:1 High risk; Normally 1:2, Will follow AWHONN guidelines Support on the Unit: CNA: No CNA's, OBT scrub and assist with vaginal delivery recoveries Receptionist/HUC: 24/7 Charge nurse: 24/7 Phlebotomy? If needed, RNs draw and lab is available as needed IV/VAT Team? If needed. Resource Nurse.
