This position is essential to providing high-quality care to patients with stroke-related conditions. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the stroke unit. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor vital signs and provide critical interventions as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.

Qualifications Active Florida state or multistate nursing license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. NIH Stroke Scale certification (NIHSS).

A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Medical-Surgical RN, with specific stroke care expertise. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members. Shift Information This position is for day shifts, with scheduled hours from 6 AM to 6 PM.
