Job Details Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)

Location: Cleveland, OH 44130 Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour day shifts Hours Per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,660-$1,750 Openings: 2 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience required; 2 years preferred BLS certification required before first shift ACLS certification required before first shift Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced LTAC nursing environment Responsibilities Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission and help develop individualized plans of care Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Support patient rehabilitation goals and initiate discharge planning early in the stay Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner Communicate changes in patient status to the interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and orientees as appropriate Promote a safe, positive, and efficient care environment for patients and staff Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and other team members to achieve quality outcomes Apply now for this LTAC Registered Nurse contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH, and join a healthcare team committed to quality patient care.
