This position is crucial for providing high-quality care to our patients, particularly those receiving short-term rehabilitation.

Shift Details Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) No call required Block scheduling may be available upon request Floating to long-term care units may be necessary RTO blackout period from September 7 to Labor Day Responsibilities Conduct rounds and assess patient conditions Administer medications in accordance with care plans Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Handle wound care as needed Requirements Current RN license CPR certification 2 years of experience in skilled nursing and/or orthopedic rehabilitation Experience managing a patient ratio of 1:17 Facility Information This position operates within a skilled nursing facility featuring 17 beds, alongside a long-term care unit with 55 beds. The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used is Point Click Care. Attire Royal blue scrubs are required while on duty.
