Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in the CVOR, assisting surgeons during procedures. Ensure patient safety and adhere to universal protocols during surgical interventions. Manage and maintain a sterile field by following infection control practices.

Administer and manage blood products and medications as per protocol. Prepare and handle surgical specimens and coordinate with laboratory staff as required. Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications Current BLS and ACLS certification required. Valid RN License in Alaska; compact license also accepted. Minimum one year of experience in CVOR or similar setting.

Proficiency in EPIC charting system. Ability to take on-call shifts and work weekends as required. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
