Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN in MICU Job Description: - Position: Travel RN in the MICU - Location: Dallas, TX - Unit: MICU (650) - Shift: 7P-7A - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Weekend Requirements: Rotating Unit Highlights: - Staffing Description: Assignments according to acuity and skills - Equipment: All ICU equipment including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, GE Cardiac Output monitor - Documentation System: Meditech - Floating Policy: As needed Qualifications: - Must Have: - 2 years MICU/MSICU experience - BLS Certification - ACLS Certification - Preferred Experience: - Meditech Experience Specialty Certifications Required: - Active RN TX license (temp license will not be accepted) Procedures Performed on Unit: - Central line placements - Bedside procedures (thoracentesis, dialysis Cath placements, cardioversions) - Intubations and other ICU procedures Dress Code Guidelines: - Scrub Color: Royal Blue Scrubs - Nail Policy: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen - Hair: Neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer - Tattoos: Body art should be covered when possible - Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited Attendance Policies: - Company-wide attendance policy will be followed Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
