Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatric Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Dickinson, North Dakota.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pediatric Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2331.76 Opportunity: RN - MedSurg Peds Job Details: • Night shift position with self-scheduling, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Weekend availability required as needed • No holiday requirement • Floating to ED/ICU for 1:1s as needed - first to float • 1 full year of nursing experience required • Pediatric experience preferred but not required • Required certifications: BLS and PALS • Must be comfortable with adults and pediatric patients with common diagnoses including UTI, altered mental status, pneumonia, and COPD • Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:4 on days and 1:5 on nights • 17-bed unit with 14 inpatient and 3 observation beds • Charge nurse present each shift and takes patient assignment • Nurse aids available: 2 on days, 1 on night shift • RNs are not required to titrate drips • Occasional BiPap managed primarily by Respiratory Therapy • ICU monitors telemetry and reads strips; MSP nurses apply telemetry to patients • Charting system: MEDITECH • BSN not required • Scrub color: Navy blue • Orientation: One 12-hour shift, or one night and one day orientation if needed • Facial hair policy: Clinicians with facial hair must pass a fit test; failure to pass or remove facial hair may result in contract cancellation • Radius rule: Candidates must live more than 50 miles from facility and may not be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any associated facility • Requested time off must be submitted upfront (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract); additional RTO will not be approved Facility: This acute care facility is a Critical Access Hospital offering a range of inpatient and observation services across medical-surgical and pediatric care settings. The unit operates with a collaborative team environment supported by charge nurses, nurse aids, respiratory therapy, and ICU telemetry monitoring. The facility utilizes MEDITECH for clinical documentation and emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
