Shift Details Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Assignment Length: 13 weeks Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Call Requirements: No call required Unit Specifics Documentation System: Meditech Floating Policy: As needed to sister step-down and med-surg units Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Active Texas RN License (temp license will not be accepted) ACLS Certification BLS Certification At least 2 years of hospital experience Cardiovascular experience is required Preferred Skills Experience with Meditech Procedures Performed on Unit Cardiac Catheterizations Post-Operative Care for Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts (CABGs) Dress Code All staff must adhere to the following dress code: Scrub Color: Royal blue with designated embroidery Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails or gel nails Hair: Neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors.
