Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/20/2026 Duration: 6 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with strong experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D), as well as antepartum and postpartum care. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery. Monitor patient vital signs and fetal well-being using electronic fetal monitoring and telemetry. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure patient comfort. Perform assessments and implement care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Support patients and families during antepartum and postpartum processes.

Experience Requirements Applicants should have strong experience in Level 3 Labor and Delivery as well as antepartum and postpartum care. Licensure and Certification Requirements Current Illinois Registered Nurse License Epic Electronic Health Record Certification Current CPR Certification NRP Certification Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and telemetry is a plus Scheduling and Availability Shift: 12-hour night shifts from 1900 to 0730 Weekend requirements: Every other weekend (Friday and Saturday night shifts)

Floating requirements: May be required to float to the antepartum unit as necessary Holiday requirements: Availability as needed Orientation and Training Orientation consists of a 12-hour session, which is non-billable.
