Specialty: ICU / Healthcare - RN Compensation & Schedule Details Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week, 1900–0700).

Contract Length: 13 weeks (Target Start Date: September 10, 2026). Key Facility Policies & Unit Scope Unit Overview: 26-bed Surgical ICU (Floor 2, Building 7) with a staffing model of 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech per shift.

Patient Ratios: Typically 1:2 , or 1:1 for high acuity and post-CABG patients.

Equipment & Procedures: Balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia protocols, ECMO, chest tubes, central lines, and complex medication drips. Patient population includes trauma, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU cases. Charting via Meditech .

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of current hospital ICU experience required (prior experience in large trauma facilities preferred).

Licensure: Active Kansas (KS) RN license or multi-state compact RN license in hand.

Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC strictly required at submittal.
