Ideal candidates will have previous travel experience and proficiency in level 1 trauma care. The role involves working in a 54-bed unit catering to patients with stroke, spine surgery, seizure, brain tumor, and head injuries.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Acute Shift Details: 12-hour day shifts Assignment Length: 13 weeks Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2565 (negotiable)

Charting System: EPIC Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in the Neuro MedSurg unit Titrate Heparin drips based on PTT levels Collaborate with charge nurse and house supervisor Participate in unit-specific orientation with an educator and preceptor Qualifications Required: Active IL license or confirmation of application process Experience in a neuro unit and level 1 trauma setting Familiarity with Heparin titrated drips Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS Preferred: Prior travel nursing experience PEL/VIP Job ID 64850121.
