Job Details Schedule: 8-hour Days shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, start date 10/19/2026, end date 01/18/2027 Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of skilled home health experience, BCLS certification, no on-call required, must have own transportation, COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus booster, and minimum one year of experience in home health or comparable settings.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the EPIC charting system, geriatrics, orthopedics, and home health documentation.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Candidate must provide two references covering a total of one year within the last three years; no direct contact with facility unless arranged. RTO requests and scheduling negotiations must be communicated upfront during submission; refusal to float may impact assignment status. The position includes documentation on a laptop and a work cell phone, with specific dress code expectations. Occasional drive time within a 60-mile radius is expected to optimize patient visits.
