The RN will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing first-aid treatment, and educating employees on health and safety practices. This role involves collaboration with medical professionals, ergonomic evaluations, infection control surveillance, and case management to ensure optimal employee health and safety.

Required Qualifications: Epic experience: Minimum of six (6) to twelve (12) months within the past year. Four (4) years of nursing experience, including two (2) years in physical assessment, emergency/outpatient services, occupational health, and/or public health, or a combination of education and experience. Knowledge and competency in independently performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatments, and techniques in accordance with written medical protocols. High level of positive interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees, volunteers, physicians, and vendors. Ability to maintain professionalism during variable workloads and strain.

Preferred Qualifications: Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN). Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Workers Compensation, and OSHA.

Required Education: Associates of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Required Certifications & Licensure: Licensed as RN in the State of California. Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards.
