Responsibilities include delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, educating patients and caregivers, and managing assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing. The RN also ensures quality and safety in patient care, engages in process improvement strategies, and contributes to professional development initiatives.
