Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional mobility. Address dressing, bathing, grooming, and other self-care skills. Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support independence. Educate patients and caregivers on safe techniques and continued progress. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
