Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and experience will be valued. We are looking for dedicated RNs to provide exceptional care in the Operating Room (OR) setting.

Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Assist with complex surgical procedures, including Hepatobiliary, Whipple, and Abdominal Organ transplants, as well as Neuro, Spine, and ENT surgeries. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition during procedures. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room.

Experience in Neuro, Spine, and ENT surgeries is required. BLS certification is mandatory. Must be willing to be on-call after shifts, with a response time of 45 minutes.

Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs. No locals accepted; must reside outside a 75-mile radius. Pending licenses are accepted.

Must have no more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO). This position requires flexibility, as team members may be called in to provide breaks or shift relief. If you are on-call after midnight, you will receive up to 8 hours of rest time before returning to work.
