We are seeking dedicated RNs with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence. This contract position offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, from neonates to geriatrics, including trauma, stroke, and behavioral health cases.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including ED providers and mid-level providers. Assist with critical procedures such as EKGs, IV starts, nebulizer treatments, and vent management. Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Preferred certifications: TNCC, NRP. Charge experience is a plus; please indicate if applicable.

Patient Ratios: RN - 1:4 (variable upon patient acuity) Tech - 1:11 Support on the Unit: ED Provider and mid-level provider available (hours vary). Critical care transport team assistance in the ED. 24/7 hospitalist and house supervisor support.

Additional Information: Two days of hospital orientation and one day with a preceptor.

Weekend rotation required: Every other weekend. No call required; holiday expectations as needed.

Scrub color: Any professional color; hospital scrubs available but not required. On-site locker/changing room and gym available. Free parking provided.
