Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Requirements: Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have a valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
