Position Information: Facility Type: Community hospital, Joint Commission Accredited Number of Beds: 171 Trauma Level: Level 3 Patient Ratios: 1:6 Required Certifications: ACLS Years of Experience: 2 years in acute care Float Requirements: Floating to other units (IMC, ED) is expected Unit Information: Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric Type of Patients: Total joint patients, surgical patients, ACS, patients with acute on chronic medical conditions such as CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, GIB Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Posey bed/chair alarms, Omnicel drug dispensing cabinet, Zoll defibrillators EHR: Medhost Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Telemetry, recent acute care experience, ability to handle a 6 patient ratio, travel experience Preferred Skillset/Experience: At least 2 years RN experience, preceptor and charge experience is a plus Personality Fit: Compassionate, positive, can-do attitude Dress Code: Scrub Color: Black (top and bottom)
