Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers a unique opportunity for skilled RNs to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on orthopedic care. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Provide care for patients with knee, hip, total joint, hand, shoulder, foot, and ankle issues, as well as trauma, oncology, and complicated orthopedic cases. Manage patient education, phlebotomy, PCA, epidural care, and specialized mobility precautions. Perform EKG interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience required. EPIC experience is mandatory. ACLS and BLS certifications required; BSN preferred. Ability to float within the service line as needed. Must pass the Relias EKG exam. Local candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility. Pending licenses are accepted. No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed.
