The therapist will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to help patients improve mobility, function and independence. Clinical Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide rehabilitation services in outpatient and inpatient settings. Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
