This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in a busy environment. Our facility serves a high volume of patients, providing a dynamic work experience.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float to Psych ED and Pedi ED as needed, caring for patients aged 15 and older unless previous pediatric experience is available.

Requirements: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II ED experience or 2 years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience.

Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS. Ability to pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 (score of 85% or higher).

Preferred Experience: Familiarity with EPIC. Previous travel assignments. Critical care experience.

Patient Ratio: 1:4-5 patients (depending on acuity). Our Emergency Department is very busy, holding up to 120 treatment areas and serving between 350-440 patients per day.
