Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Number of Openings: 1 Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work across various medical units, including surgical, oncology, and neuro, while providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units as needed. Provide care to a patient ratio of 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights. Utilize EPIC charting for patient documentation.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required. BCLS and ACLS certifications required; IV start and Telemetry certifications required. Past EPIC experience strongly preferred.

Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum, plus holiday rotation obligation. Willingness to float within the scope to meet facility needs.

Guaranteed hours: Minimum of 3 shifts per 13 weeks.

RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract. Pending license accepted.
