Current phlebotomy experience; the RN must be able to perform blood draws. Active Vermont RN license, uploaded with the submission. Active American Heart Association BLS certification. RN/Psychiatry skills checklist completed within the past year. Phlebotomy skills checklist completed within the past year. Permanent address included in the candidate profile.
