Job Details Position: Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry / Neuro Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Location: Spokane, WA 99204 Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Schedule: 3 shifts per week; every other weekend required Hours: 36 hours per week Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,900 - $2,000 Charting System: Epic Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:4 Setting: Acute care telemetry / neuro unit Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year of recent telemetry RN experience required Experience caring for neurology or post-surgical neuro patients strongly preferred Comfort working with the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Active compact RN license required at time of submission Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) required Ability to float to meet unit and hospital needs Willingness to work every other weekend and 3 of the 5 major holidays 2 professional references required prior to start Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry and neuroscience patients in an acute care setting Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess for changes in condition, and respond appropriately to patient needs Care for post-operative neurology and complex neurological diagnosis patients Perform neurological assessments and support stroke-related nursing care as needed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, effective patient care Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to best practices and facility standards Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic Adapt to unit needs and float when required Apply now to join this Spokane travel nursing opportunity and bring your telemetry and neuro RN skills to a dynamic healthcare team.
