Employment Type: 13-week travel contract Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910–$2,010 Start Date: November 13, 2026 Contract End Date: February 12, 2027 Schedule: 3 shifts per week Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

Hours: 36 hours per week Healthcare Setting: On-site acute-care environment Orientation: 16 hours Med/Surg Telemetry RN Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or an active compact-state RN license in hand at the time of submission At least 1 year of combined permanent Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications in hand; pending certifications are not accepted Recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty, preferably from an assignment completed within the past 12 months Ability to complete required screening, background verification, orientation assessments, and pre-start learning modules Willingness to complete ECG rhythm recognition and medication-safety assessments during orientation Telemetry Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients during overnight shifts Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient conditions, identify changes promptly, and escalate concerns appropriately Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and provider orders Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Support care coordination, patient education, discharge planning, and transitions of care Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and adherence to unit and organizational policies Participate in orientation activities, competency validation, and required annual education when applicable Apply now for this Medical-Surgical Telemetry travel nursing opportunity in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, near Cleveland.
