The role involves delivering competent patient care, administering prescribed medications, monitoring physiological data, assisting physicians during examinations, and interacting with patients and families to share care plans and hospital procedures. Delegation of tasks to support staff and making referrals regarding patient care needs are also key responsibilities.

Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
