Perform OB triage and monitor fetal well-being. Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Circulate in the OR for C-sections and provide postoperative recovery care. Manage high-risk pregnancies and labor patients. Administer IV medications, magnesium sulfate, insulin, and blood products. Manage epidural and PCA pumps and provide couplet care for mothers and newborns. Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic. ✅ Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience in L&D, LDRP, postpartum, and newborn care. Active Washington RN license or an eligible compact license.

Required certifications: AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, and NRP. ACLS preferred. Required skills include vaginal and cesarean deliveries, OR circulation, adult IV starts, fetal monitoring, and blood product administration. Strong experience with magnesium sulfate, insulin, epidural pumps, and PCA pumps. ⭐ Ideal Candidate Experienced L&D RN comfortable caring for low- and high-risk obstetric patients. Skilled in fetal monitoring, C-section circulation, and postpartum/newborn care. Comfortable floating between related units as needed. Familiar with Epic documentation and couplet care. Important Contract Requirements Previous permanent employees of any Providence-affiliated facility must have been separated from the health system for at least 3 months to qualify.
