Details Medical ICU unit with minimal cardiac patients in a teaching hospital setting 14-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:2, with charge nurse free of patient assignments Occasionally uses IABP equipment Uses Paragon EHR 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Every other weekend required No call requirements Requirements Active WA or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required 1-2 years of ICU experience required Medical ICU and TNCC experience preferred Additional Information Cares for patients with sepsis, respiratory conditions, some cardiac issues, and trauma Team-oriented unit culture focused on accountability to best practices Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time American Traveler Job ID P-777289.
