Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Polson, MT. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment, floating between units as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible and ready to take on variable on-call shifts during weekends and nights, with a commitment of 8 shifts per month. As an OR RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in various surgical specialties, including OBGYN, Orthopedic, GI/GS, ENT, Pain Management, and Dental. The position encompasses all areas of the surgery department, including Pre/Post-operative care, Circulating, PACU, and Endoscopy. You'll be part of a team that utilizes Epic as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Key responsibilities include: Providing high-quality nursing care in the operating room. Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Floating between different surgical units as required. Participating in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Preferred qualifications include: Experience in a variety of surgical specialties. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.
