Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 9 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary (List Format): - Evaluates and treats patients across all age groups. - Modifies plan of care based on patient needs and progress. - Acts as a role model in the delivery of professional services. - Serves as a clinical resource for staff and students. - Requires at least one (1) year of relevant experience. - Must possess a valid Illinois Physical Therapist (IL PT) License. - Must have current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (BLS-AHA).
