The position delivers coordinated nursing care to patients while applying the nursing process, critical thinking, and independent judgment. Job Details Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification; Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and acute care facility experience.

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to members of the healthcare team.
