This position provides skilled physical therapy primarily in an outpatient setting, with occasional inpatient weekend coverage required during the assignment. The role requires professional outpatient experience and includes a rotating schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week.

Job Details Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; a minimum of 2 years of professional outpatient physical therapy experience; clinical internships do not satisfy the outpatient experience requirement.

Schedule: Rotating schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, with variable days off, totaling 40 hours per week.

Additional Information: Approximately 95% of the assignment is outpatient physical therapy. The physical therapist must flex to inpatient care for one weekend shift per month during the assignment.
