Start Date: 01/08/2027 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT! This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a mixed acuity unit with MICU and Step down patients. As a traveler, you will need to be comfortable with an average patient ratio of 1:3, including days, nights, and weekends. Call coverage is required, and floating to PCU, other ICUs, and SRC campus may be necessary as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic charting.

Requirements: ACLS and BLS certifications are required. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is preferred; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
