Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join our team as a Postpartum Registered Nurse specializing in Mother-Baby and Couplet Care at a leading acute-care hospital in Aurora, CO. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with postpartum patients who do not require ICU-level care, including high-risk populations and newborns needing specialized support.

Key Responsibilities: Provide care for postpartum patients and their newborns, including those requiring phototherapy and monitoring for substance exposure. Administer medications and treatments such as magnesium drips, insulin drips, and PCA & PCEA pumps. Support breastfeeding efforts for postpartum patients. Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting.

Requirements: 1 year of specialty experience required. Current RN License (state or compact). BLS and NRP certifications. Ability to float to Antepartum and L&D with fetal monitoring experience.

Additional Details: Typical patient ratios: 1:3 couplets or up to 6 patients. Weekend and call requirements may vary based on unit needs.
