Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Description: Requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of ER experience. BLS, ACLS, NY State License requires. Maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio Provide nursing care during night shifts in a 48-bed Emergency Department (ED) Assess, monitor, and treat patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members Administer medications and treatments as ordered Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Respond rapidly to changes in patient status Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and families Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines Support the ED team with efficient and compassionate care Med Ninjas Job ID 18125. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
