Additional Information: The 32-bed unit currently utilizes 24 beds and maintains patient ratios of approximately 1:4 to 1:6 based on census. Clinical responsibilities include complex dressing changes, intravenous antibiotic administration, pain management, and use of wound vacuum equipment. The unit uses a Meditech Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Weekend and holiday coverage is scheduled in rotation with facility employees.
