Shift Time: Nights Shift Hours: 12 Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 Position Description: Providing emergency nursing care in a 27-bed ER unit with a staff of 50 RN and 25 Medics, supporting a patient ratio of 4-6:1.

Experience with RSI, Sepsis, Stroke protocols involving tPA, central line placement, psych patient care, and transfers (EMTALA) preferred.

Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); 2-3 years ER experience; completed 2-3 travel assignments; minimum 2 years ER experience; valid certification.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high acuity, high-volume ERs, patient ratios of 5:1, and additional certifications such as Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).

Responsibilities: Delivering urgent emergency care, following unit protocols, collaborating with team members, adhering to dress code (navy blue or white scrubs), and maintaining professional standards.
