Does not use API/Sanford time. 80-mile LOCAL Placements LOCAL ADJUSTED BILL RATE: -$8.00 LOCAL ADJUSTED OT BILL RATE: -$8.00 No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities No on call or call back available a $500 fee will be billed if your clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice If GSS housing is used, local rates apply Guarantee (Clinical): 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts.
