Join a leading acute-care hospital in Conroe, TX, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care on the 1 North unit. This position offers a contract for 13 weeks, with shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Unit Information: Number of Beds: 32 Number of Staff: 34 Patient Ratios: 1:6 for nurses, 1:10-15 for techs Typical Procedures Performed on Unit: Lab draws IV insertions Foley insertions Administer IV fluids and medications such as antibiotics Prepare patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures Best Personality Fit: We are looking for a team player who is familiar with patient experience.

Required Certifications: BLS Preferred Skills: Familiar with Expanse and admissions and discharges Previous Expanse experience Ability to draw labs At least one year of acute care on a Med/Surg Tele or stepdown unit Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - royal blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Attend daily huddle at 0645/1845, bedside shift report, complete required daily charting.
