Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This position provides post-anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include critical care support, procedural sedation, and pain management injection procedures.

Job Details Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: One year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last three years. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field. Procedural sedation competency. Two years of critical care experience with adult patients, preferably in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting. Two years of clinical care experience with pediatric patients, preferably in an emergency room, intensive care unit, or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting. Two years of experience providing procedural sedation in an outpatient setting. Two years of experience with pain management injection procedures.

Additional Information: The assignment is scheduled from 12/01/2026 through 02/27/2027. Clinical responsibilities may include care of adult and pediatric patients. The role may involve outpatient procedural sedation and pain management injection procedures.
