Patient population includes post-op thoracic and cardiac surgery, lobectomies, esophagectomies, decortications, and other complex cases.

Position Details: Shift: Day/Nights, 4×12 hours Schedule: Monday–Friday, every other weekend and some holidays Patient Ratio: 1:3 Experience: Minimum 2 years EMR: Epic required Floating: Required between both units License: Wisconsin RN or Compact RN Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA only)

Requirements: IMC/PCU/DOU/Stepdown and telemetry experience Cardiac and oncology telemetry experience Ventilator and transplant experience required ICU or IMC and surgical post-op experience Must pass telemetry test before start Trauma Level II experience required; Level I preferred Thoracic experience preferred Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work 12/24 and 12/25 . No time-off requests will be approved for these holidays.
