HPW: 36 Experience Requirements: MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience. First-time travelers are accepted. MUST HAVE strong Labor & Delivery clinical skills. Must be comfortable with transitioning newborns during Labor & Delivery. Must be competent in the management of the second stage of labor. Must be competent in performing vaginal examinations. Must be willing to float to Postpartum / Mother-Baby units as required. AWHONN Intermediate certification required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
