Location: Prescott, Arizona Facility: Yavapai Regional Medical Center – West ⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks (Start Date: November 30, 2026) Weekly Pay: $2,179/week gross Taxable Hourly Rate: $23/hr Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,351 Shift Details Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts) Every other weekend required Holiday rotation with permanent staff No call or standby required Float between Med-Surg, Telemetry, and PCU across both campuses, including ED holds First to float; schedule managed by the float pool team EMR: Cerner Cancellation policy: Up to 4 shifts per contract Patient ratios: PCU 1:4; Med-Surg/Telemetry 1:5–6 Requirements Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in PCU Active RN license required for submission BLS and ACLS certifications required Must pass the dysrhythmia exam with a score of at least 80% within 2 attempts before signing the contract Experience interpreting telemetry strips and managing titratable drips, including Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin Must be comfortable floating between units and campuses Med Sol : 1206456 About First Connect Health At First Connect Health , we take pride in being a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency , headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
