Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Jacksonville, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor. This position provides specialized nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The role supports individualized rehabilitation plans focused on maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life.

Job Details Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; associate or bachelor's degree; minimum of 2 years of rehabilitation nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge; effective verbal and written English communication skills; cooperative, team-oriented approach.

Additional Information: Provides nursing care to a rehabilitation patient population with an approximate patient ratio of 1:8. Navy blue scrubs are required.
