Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for a Registered Nurse - Operating Room to start right away.

Location: Nashville, TN Responsibilities Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles in the Operating Room. Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in patient condition during surgical procedures. Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and postoperative care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting. Current RN license with Nursys verification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.

Experience with Women's and Robotics surgery is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
