The role involves assessing and evaluating patient care needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and managing assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing. The nurse will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with institutional standards, and demonstrate professional development.

Required Qualifications: Active NYS RN License BLS certification Minimum 2 years of post-open heart and cardiac care unit experience Minimum 2 years of RN experience 1 year of travel experience (required for travel positions, not for per diem)
