Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel PACU Registered Nurse (RN)

Scheduling Details Shift Hours: 3x12s from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Additional 4x12s available upon request.

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) or 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week scheduling block.

Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract.

Call Requirement: Participation in a call rotation based on a sign-up sheet.

Request for Time Off (RTO): All requests must be submitted with the application.

Call Off Policy: The facility may call off one shift every two weeks. Required Certifications Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required Clinical Skills IV therapy including blood products and central/PICC line care Respiratory care for ventilated patients, chest tubes, and airway management Neuro skills including craniotomy and stroke scale assessments Cardiac management including antiarrhythmics and dysrhythmia management Experience with surgical procedures such as ENT, neuro, ortho, and total joints Monitoring and assessment of lab values and pain management protocols Pediatric management experience Pre/Post-operative care, including EKGs and consents Unit Details and Responsibilities Patient Ratios: 1:2; patient population includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Surgical Specialties: Includes ICU, trauma, pediatrics, bariatric surgery, and various other fields.

Floating: Nurses may be required to float to other units within their skillset as needed.
