Certification(s): BLS, ACLS, PALS, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Crisis Prevention Institute/Management of Aggressive Behavior (CPI/MOAB)

Education & Experience: No minimum years of experience, general ED experience including cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, and basic ED knowledge of medications and drips. Recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) system experience required.

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. The schedule may vary, with shifts likely assigned weekly and subject to change based on unit needs.

Additional Information: The ER staff includes support team members such as ER technicians, security personnel, social workers, and pharmacy staff available 24/7. Orientation includes badge activation, Epic system training, mental health area familiarization, and precepted shifts. Telemetry competency is required prior to start.

Submission Requirement: Candidates must pass the Telemetry Competency exam prior to employment.
