We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. This contract position offers an opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a focus on flexibility to meet the staffing needs of the unit.

Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to patients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions. Participate in orientation and training as required, with orientation dates on 12/7 and 12/14.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, with prior travel experience preferred. Current TN or Multistate RN license on file at the time of submission. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications are required. Cerner experience is strongly preferred. Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays and weekends as needed. Ability to work in a 44-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4-5.
